"Ever since film director George A. Romero showed the world that mindless, stumbling, decaying, undead corpses wanted nothing more than to eat our brains, zombies have been source material for just about every industry in entertainment. Video games included. A black and white film, The Night of the Living Dead reached out to audiences in 1968 -- sixteen years later, a few of us were alive to play as Ash on our Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum, defending a log cabin from zombies and limbs in Palace Software's The Evil Dead. Nearly thirty years later, our obsession has reached epic proportions"
The Nerd Stash: “The PS3 marked a turning point in the industry, and among the sea of popular titles came the rare games that are worth more now than ever.”
I don’t collect games for their value I collect games I enjoyed playing. Many games I own are worth a lot of money but they must be games I want to play for me to purposely collect them. Most of this list isn’t games I would enjoy. I may have some of these games because I bought my friends PS2/3 Collection years ago and I never actually looked what was in it. It was a couple hundred games though still sitting in a box and I’m sure there are some good valuable games. I should go sift through it sometime.
Was unaware that Verdict Day was rare, glad I still own my copy. Game is very good.
She forgot to mention Ni no Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Wizard's Edition with Ninostarter bonuses. This is the second or third most expensive PS3 game, and I own a sealed copy.

EA has shut down rumors that EA Motive considered a Dead Space 2 remake before shelving it due to low sales of the previous game, saying there's "no validity" to the reports.
Why not remake DS2 whether shot down or not it's still my favorite game next to DS1. As much as I hate EA I would buy or would have bought DS2 day one.
No validity XD "Guys guys, we cant possible make a good game or cater to the gamers wants, stop"
I don't know if sales met their expectations or not. I just know that the high review scores received my attention so I was interested in buying it, but its price stayed high (50+ bucks) for so long that I simply never bothered picking it up.
Nameer from eXputer: "Dead Space 2 is a sequel that delivers such a feast that by the time you're done, you're not only full but also satisfied."
Hope they remake this one too. Just like they did with number 1. The remake of Dead Space 1 was perfection
thanks to the digital pass for it it was not perfect..in fact its difficult to find a working copy since many years.
LFD2 is by far the best Zombie game out as of now.
Pure multi-player epic killing
I'd add 'Stubbs the Zombie' , that game deserves a sequel.
I kind of prefer Left 4 Dead 1, nothing better then playing that with some friends over XBL. The fact that you actually get the chance to play as a zombie gives the game an edge. It is very unique.
Glad they put L4D2 as #1. I love that game. The kicker is I got both it and L4D1, plus the expansions, for something like $10 on Steam. Best bang for the buck ever.
When's L4D3???
For the last time:
Resident Evil is not a zombie game!
