From HDWarriors.com:
It is being widely accepted that The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword will be the end for the Wii. That after that release, there will be no more reason to bother with a console famous for its lack of replay value in the majority of its games. However, Skyward Sword, being the last major release on the system, may just be the game that makes up for it all.

Tripwire Interactive's Killing Floor debuted 15 years ago, birthing a critically acclaimed series and a new publishing arm.
VGChartz's Evan Norris: "Is Ocarina of Time as legendary as I remembered it? For the most part, yes. In spite of a handful of missteps — a few obtuse puzzles, some tedious backtracking, and a clunky stealth sequence — I don't believe the last 23 years have been unkind to it. Ocarina remains a brilliant example of the medium, a landmark game that shaped the future of its own franchise and 3D gaming in general. After more than two decades it retains its inventive dungeon design, challenging puzzles, dynamic combat, wistful storyline, unforgettable music, and empowering open-air freedom. I feel confident calling it one of the greatest games of the fifth generation, even if I'm no longer prepared to list it among the five best games ever made."
Pure unadulterated fun. They don't make them like this anymore...especially not the triple A industry.
"Skyward sword will likely appear to be the biggest, most content packed game so far in the series. It should keep us coming back for more, and more. Replay after replay."
I hope you are right although I can tell it will be awesome. I love replaying games in the Zelda series as it is.
I don't think Wii games lacked replay value ... Brawl, Mario Kart, Tatsunoku vs Capcom ... then their single player games were MASSIVE like Zelda TP, Mario Galaxy 1,2, Metroid Prime ...
The real problem was that the Wii didn't have the quantity of games that the PS3 or 360 has due to lack of third party support.
Nice stealth trolling in that blurb, HDwarriors.com.
