Sandbox Mode is the first DLC released recently and that allows players to create their own game, choosing your opponents and choose your weapons and technology with the online editor. Add to mission briefings for their levels to create customized campaigns and then publish their levels and online campaigns. An excellent game thus gains virtually unlimited content provided players support the game. The tools allow a good level of customization, however there really is not much new content. The mechanics are still the same and Sandbox Mode should be part of the original game and not be a DLC. The fact that it is necessary to purchase a DLC levels is to create a little difficult to understand and makes the number of available online campaigns created by players can be much more limited than it could be.
Revenge of the Titans is striking, gorgeous and brutally challenging. There’s little hand-holding; like games of a bygone age it is willing to teach you through crushing failure.
