The name Stegrasaurus Games may not come to mind immediately, but you've heard of Daniel Steger's previous works. He created Pumpkin Carver, a pumpkin carving app for Xbox Live, and just finished a defense game controlled with guitar controllers called Battle Beat.

Battle Beat is a fun game that gives you another reason to use your plastic instruments other than jamming out like a wannabe rock star. For those of you who don't have instruments, then the Xbox 360 controller will do just fine. The gameplay is great, and the strategy elements give the game a true sense of depth that will keep you playing over and over.
