yea ... oops, The Finals, thanks @purple101
Don't know why I typed rivals ... maybe coz of the recent SoP's Marvel's Rivals
but my point still stands:
' Doubt Fairgames can surpass the likes of The Finals, which is really well made and is getting constant updates ... and most of Haven studio is comprised of ex-Ubi devs. '

let them try ... at the end of the day, we get few extra PC games ... yay ... and also promotes game preservation via PC ... so double yay.

Find it a bit strange that Nixxes isn't porting this one. Maybe they were contracted for both GoW ports?
Although their GoW PC port job was pretty good, it wasnt flawless at launch, but was still miles better than Horizon 1 or TLOU ports.
Hope they do a better/near flawless job with GoW sequel.

It already is :P

Yea kinda looked good to me too
But I think people are burned out from hero shooters. Fans were expecting something similar to killzone or such.
Anyway it seems that every upcoming Sony GaaS titles will target specific sub genres.
Correct me if I am wrong here:
Concord is a team-based hero shooter.
Fairgames is a heist competitive shooter with some twist.
And Marathon is an extraction shooter with it's own twist.

A PR showdown going on between big MP shooter IPs.
xDefiant release vs CoD's reaction with BO6 reveal and MWIII free weekend vs Concord's reveal and beta announcement

Hope SH2 gets more polish before release.

GotG is very underrated and had the unfortunate luck of releasing just after Avengers.
Its really good and more people should play it.

Most games appeared good.
Where Winds Meet and Monster Hunter seemed like those needed a bit more polish but that's ok as those aren't releasing anytime soon but I am still kinda worried regarding SH2Remake. Still looks rough and from rear view, James Sunderland looks nearly identical to Leon Kennedy's model from RE4Remake. Hope I am wrong though.
Other games were decent. Even Marvel Rivals.
Ballad of Antara was the highlight for me, followed by Infinity...

Would love a AAA PoP too or a back to roots Ghost Recon (none of the open world stuff)

The studio just completed Avatar and busy with Outlaws and also got their F2P Heartland cancelled ... IMO, Division 3 will surely come but it'll take more time.
I'd be most thrilled if Ubisoft greenlits a sequel or at least a remake of the studio's first game i.e World in Conflict

That'd be too good if true.
But Henderson also leaked that next Far Cry setting was targeting some asian island.

Exactly!
Finally, a sensible comment in the section.

PC market proliferated well before Sony's "drip feed" and will continue to proliferate with or without the "drip feed".
LMAO, these takes.

eh, no ... if a PC gamer is playing on a PC, they'll continue to do so ... there are tons n tons of games on Steam alone and the steam gamers' backlog stories are one of the most discussed topic you'll find in PC forums ... indie is already huge there, plus early access, PC-exclusive titles, VR, big publishers' titles and now Sony's ports too.
Realistically speaking, usually there's not enough time to complete the backlog alone, than go buy a separate console ...

Going by the images, pretty much giving off Cold War 2.0 vibes in terms of visuals and design

Likely this is the list ... but I doubt lego Horizon and Astro Bot are scheduled for this year, but who knows?
Concord likely to be the flagship title of the event, complete with gameplay and the show might end with one tease of a future unannounced title, like GoT 2.
I'll also include other games to the list like Little Devil Inside & Lost Soul Aside.
