The lack of different enemies is disappointing and the story is surprisingly bland. The combat sections may as well be a copy of any other shooter out there, but putting on the gas mask and stepping out onto the streets of Moscow really does create a sense of being afraid. I agree. As an American there is something so lonely and soulful that stirs inside me when I see those old soviet era concrete square buildings and old communist statues. I have no love for the commies mind you, but the imagery is just something that stirs emotions of despair and tyranny that makes for the perfect oppressive atmosphere.

I didn't mind MAG, it's not the best game out there, but I'm just commenting on the rather hypocritical nature of you guys. If a PC/360 game gets a 7/10, it's somehow a flop, but when a PS3 exclusive gets the same, it's somehow still an awesome game in your eyes.

Yes I bought PC version on Steam and it's pretty good Russia-version fallout 3.
I gave 9/10.

This game is being bombarded with harsh reviews left and right. It's reviews are very inconsistent and i advise anybody who has an interest in the game to rent it first then make up your mind if it's worth your doe.

It wasn't my cup off tee and i felt it was just an average multiplat.

In terms of reviews and friends who have played this game, the reception from them have been also so-so. Some people say its good, some don't. I'll have to try this out on my PC rig. :)

I also rent xbox 360 version but the console version is far inferior to PC version.

This game is lead on PC and port to 360 in 19 days (from Eurogamer)

If you like PC version, buy it and support PC game developer.

I was really impressed by this game, the graphics were great and i liked the overall campaign, but it was too short for a full priced video game, i mean if they give us a few free expansions and then the paid DLC, that would be OK, but i think 50 dollars for this game is a bit overpriced for 8 hours of OVERALL gameplay. =P
