Yes, according to the Infinite Undiscovery press release. Here is the eye catching statement, "the first in a completely new lineup of Square Enix titles for Xbox 360, this fantasy RPG (role-playing game) is a collaborative project with fan favorite development studio tri-Ace Inc."
"Completely new lineup?" Square Enix has openly supported the Xbox 360, but beyond the Last Remnant there aren't any other announced Xbox 360 games in the pipeline. Of course, Square Enix could and probably does have other Xbox 360 games in development regardless of the statement. The question has always been "how many" and lineup sounds like some.

Like the shows that inspired it, the virtual pinball tables in "Universal Pinball: TV Classics Pack" for "Pinball FX" — "Xena: Warrior Princess," "Knight Rider," and "Battlestar Galactica" — are a lot of fun.

as long as you don't give them FF13..... its ok
Well they're also doing The Last Remnant for Xbox 360 but it's multi-platform. Final Fantasy XIII and Versus XIII are PS3 exclusives.
It could also mean "The FIRST title for the xbox 360 in a lineup of new titles from Square-Enix."
Square has been wanting to be successful in the western market for some time now as they have stated. They were worried they may not know how to appeal to the west(360 is a western console there's no real success without it).
I know they were worried companies like Capcom would leave them behind.
The Last Remnant does not = "Completely new lineup" as PS3 fanboys are trying to make it out to be.
I bet MSFT jumped all over Square when Square was publicly seeking out help and trying to work out ways to expand their market outside Japan.
This could get ugly...
