Fable 2 was definitely the best out of the three. I just wish the same progression in growth could be said for Fable 3, rather than the 'gold = lives' maths and the dumbed-down social interactions. Sigh, it could have been so good.
I think companies use the green angle as a more public-friendly idea than 'We can save some money if we stop making the manuals'. Most decisions come to down to cash in some way...
I hammered the hell out of the Sega Genesis version. It was a bit unbalanced though. Whoever played as Spider won a vast majority of the time. Great fun though.
Better late than never :)
Yep, definitely a must buy.
I'm a big Blizzard fan myself but stuff like 'Win 20 HotS matches and get a free Overwatch skin" is just not worth the time.
Ah, I'm stuck with my AMD so will have to wait a bit longer I guess.
Indeed, it's now been corrected. Thanks
My first computer was a Spectrum 128k, and I've been there through every generation after then. I remember when you couldn't even save games, that in itself was a revelation.
Not if I'm playing Hanzo. There's virtually no chance of me ever hitting you.... :(
I hope it is true, but i figure there would be a little more 'Ta da' factor. I feel they're playing with us, and November the 1st will just be the release of the next clue in the puzzle. Fingers crossed though.
I remember I spent ages on the flying carpet lava level. It almost drove me mad. Still, as you say, great games.
The multiplayer was good at the time because there were always people waiting and you weren't queuing for ages, but now the games older it's just boring waiting.
It could be interesting. Imagine flying across the galaxy and finding a planet that another player had built a rudimentary house on. Or you come across a little township of players, who've formed a guild. Can't see them heading in that direction, fingers crossed though.
There would be something about owning your own gunship and mini-gunning down supermutants from the skies.
Maybe a Fallout 4 'Obsidian' remake. That would be pretty cool.
IotLK was my first FF, and still is the best.
There are certain ideas that form circles, and that just keep revolving. No matter what the legislation is, certain software companies will find new and improved ways of getting more cash out of its customers.
That is not to say that legislation on micro-transactions shouldn't be considered, but it won't stop the problem permanently.
