I'm a PC gamer, and I've been pretty cool about beating my games. Maybe it's the fact that I respect my hardware or maybe that I can easily switch to a different game like GTA and start blowing shit up there or maybe it's that PC gamers are more civilized than Console gamers (hey, we're not the ones with little kids calling each other names and insulting women here)
More and more games these days let you activate on Steam using the Physical copy, and Steam has Deals a lot.
Dementium on the DS is pretty good.
I probably need to play a lot of these on this list.

2. R* is fair to all gamers, as long as they don't lose anything, so it'll probably be on PC as well.
3. Disks? Digital Distribution, PC Gamers can download the biggest games directly to their HDDs no problem (Seriously, a TB isn't too expensive any more)
