Couple of things to notice here:
GT7 runs at Native 4K 60fps
GT7 has full raytraced reflections - The difference is immediately apparen when comparing the reflections on the car - this is much more visible in 3rd person mode.
GT7 also looks to use Ray traced global illumination, which is why the screens light up in the right manner and the lighting is consistent.
The AA, AF and TF are all much higher quality so you don’t get flickering and aliasin...
