Meh, looks like the same ol' uninspired garbage to me.
I'd rather play Raving Rabbids than Splinter Cell Conviction.
Yes please. More Westwood for the N4G crowd!
Did you read the entire review? Such severe glitches surely would put a massive target on most other game. This seems to get a redemption pass from every reviewer out there based on the concept alone.
However as many have stated, including in the review, the concept is flawed due to the player having ultimate control.
From the review; "I merely floated through the game for a large chunk of the experience, essentially making it a 7-hour movie that is interrupted ...
You missed the point clearly.
The fact that because you are given choice, (or the illusion of choice), you end up ruining the game. In other words you've got to get inside the minds of the characters to ultimately get the best ending. You've got to BE the characters.
The problem is that YOU ARE NOT! You are not Ethan, Jayden, Shelby or Marissa.
At one point you realize, if you want to have the ultimate ending then you must turn the game into--well, not ...
I'll pass..
Congratulation to Bioware for getting these high score, it must be an excellent game.
A fascinating read. I cannot wait until this game is in my console... I may go play some Mass Effect 1 now to tie myself over.
I'd wait until it comes out, the first one got hype as well and sucked.
Regardless, buying a system for 1 game is a terrible mistake, lol.
Dungeon Keeper ftmfw.
Absolutely, content like this should have been free. To make it a timed deal seems like a slap in the face, I wouldn't go out and purchase it any time soon.
Alan wake didn't look too bad, in my opinion.
I sure hope this NBA game is drastically different from the last few. It's starting to get a little stale, despite being hyped as a reinvention every year for the past 3 years.
I can't wait for this game, I was initially skeptic about a sequel, but this one looks interesting for sure.
Scared of left for dead that's for sure.
I can't wait to play this game. I've been longing for the days of endless online hours spent on a title!
Yeah, I used to play it when they first came out. I fondly remember those days, but since I was 11 then, I couldn't imagine touching the decks as I'm coming on 20.
But I guess people still find entertainment in them, and maybe even their children now find value in the cards, so that's kind of cool that they're still kicking around.
I'm unsure now as to whether to not I should purchase GH5, Beatles or... neither and wait until both are bargain bin titles because there have been so many damn music games lately.
In game product placement is terrible, I hope most good game developers will have the common sense to avoid it, despite the financial rewards of plugging Coca Cola or McDonalds.
Gabe Newell + Chicken Sex = That.
