I have heard many a complaint about Steam. I myself have never had an issue with it. But one that stands out in my mind is a friend that bought Jade Empire off Steam. (J.E. has been incredibly buggy since it released. There was never a patch) After it failed on him he contacted for a refund. Never got it.

This is the unfortunate truth of our society. Unlike in England where cursing is much more taboo where as nudity is on tv at times here in the states a kid cursing out his mom is much more acceptable then the human form in any media a child is exposed to. As it should be however because it just shouldn't happen.
