I normally buy everything brand new, unless I hear something like it is less than 5 or so hours long. Although I could afford it, I cannot justify spending $60 for a game that will last me a day haha. I played it on normal, or whatever it is called in game, and beat it the first time in 3 hours and 45 minutes and the second time in 3 hours and 27 minutes. I haven't tried multiplayer yet, but if it is fun and grabs my attention I will return my used copy and purchase it brand new for repla...
So happy I didn't buy this brand new @ $60. Don't get me wrong, it was one hell of a game, but way too short. I bought it used and beat it twice in 24 hours. Debating on returning it already.
Yea Resistance is by far the easiest. The only trophy I need for plat is play a game online, and I don't want to pay $10 for an online pass just to get it lol. I might see is GameStop has a used copy and then return it.
When I hear a few short weeks I think two to three weeks, not a few months haha. But anyway I cannot wait for this.
YES! I was playing it via remote play not too long ago but had a little lag. Cannot wait for this 1.80 update!
Not sure why people are mentioning fast/reliable shipping because it mentioned "downloadable" games for PS3 and Vita.
I for one would not purchase a downloadable game (disc based) and probably never will. Something bugs me about paying $59.99 (even if it is discounted) for a game when I can have a physical copy.
I'll be a little upset if they don't release it on the Vita. I won't lie I thought it was already announced for it haha.
I could be wrong but I don't think there is a demo yet. You had to sign up for the beta to receive a code.
One reason I only played the demo for a short period of time was because of the rear touch controls. I didn't even think to look and see if you could change to use the triggers. I might give this another go.
I know I will
I work at Best Buy and although the game is solid and fun to play, navigating the main menu and using the in game menu sucks ass. It's not as easy as Dance Central or other games where you have to "swipe". The voice controls didn't work, not sure if they deactivated it somehow because it's so loud in there. But if they did work I am sure it would be easier to use.
35, most were old Madden and NHL games, but about 15 were quality games that were roughly $15-$20 before the 50%. MW3, GT5 XL Edition, Jak and Daxter, Skyrim, Saints Row 3 etc.
I traded in at Best Buy today. No BS I got $357 in store credit. They were also having a 50% extra.
I enjoy it. That's all theta matters. It looks like I could start writing reviews now considering it's all opinion based anyway.
And sure enough I look like a moron because it's not on the list of cities lol. That's weird, I was just on campus and checked out the kiosks and even entered the raffle.
They were just here in Tucson at U of A. It was pretty bad ass. They gave away 5 PS3's throughout the time they were here and of course the raffle for 3D TV bundle.
Nice review. I wish they would utilize the save feature as well. Last night I was playing an offline match and a friend wanted to play online but I didn't want to quit. Would be cool to save mid game and come back and play later.
Also I like the review score you use. Unless I missed it somewhere in the review where you gave it a number/number. So I am assuming that because you would pay $59.99 of the MSRP of $59.99 that means the game is a 10/10 lol.
I ...
like Lady Gaga lol
@wolfam1
I just saw the Prestige Edition of BO on the outlet center of Best Buys website for $14.99. I actually wanted to pick it up but they don't ship that item. Haveto find a store that still has one.
I was hoping to get a free trial. I had Plus for a while but never renewed it. Sure enough all it was was a message asking me to come back lol.
