I know the original shitty Eurogamer "Why the PS3 can't do cross-game chat" headline. But Yoshida never said: "The PS3 can't do cross-game chat".
They made in-game-xmb possible, too, with the same amount of RAM. So the "Once a game gets RAM we never give it back" statement, isnt an excuse.
