I use smartglass app on my phone. Once I've used "xbox record that" command on xbox, I play clip on smartglass , pause at place I want to take screenshot and use the phones screen grab function. Voila.
I had same issue last week with my xbox one pre-order. Their system screwed up and cancelled quite a few of the x1 pre-orders. They ended up fixing it 2 days before it's launch and I still got the console on launch day.

The GameCube is probably my favourite. It did exactly what it said on the tin, a cube that played games :-) . Also being a huge Star Wars fan and playing Rogue Leader for the first time and seeing a Star Destroyer come into view , it blew me away. Nintendo are also unmatched when it comes to first party titles.
