Now I can check if someone has +Yeah'ed my drawing, without having to login to my Wii U!
They aren't even consoles, anymore.
I'm surprised by the numbers that 'Brawl' sold.
I'd thought it was more!
Which is exactly why it caught on with everyone else.
Reasons:
1. White version looks like a modified Wii
2. Wii Mini Released at the same time, confusing uninformed grandparents and parents alike
3. A lot of people have begun hearing that the Wii U is just a modified Wii with a tablet
4. It has "Wii" at the begininning of it, which has become ultimately "uncool with the hardcore gamer" crowd, ages 8 +.
5. Very bad advertising.
Having "no" games isn't an ...
I could imagine Reggie behind the scenes, fully dressed in a Tingle Suit, threatening them to "Say something nice, or I'll kick your ass"...
After a friend of my old roommate had mistaken AC3 for a live action film, I later overheard him talking about how "informed" he was about it, telling other people it was just a tablet add-on, and didn't actually play real HD.
I think they really should have gone with Nintendo U, leaving the abbreviation "NU"
For the last two generations I have simply said "I'm playing Nintendo".
I'd like to agree with you, but some people do buy "just for specs".
At least you were right about it being more powerful than the PS3 and 360.
Or they are good actors...
They shouldn't be playing anything, if they can't tell the difference. They might as well be playing the Wii Mini!
I think the problem is that people didn't notice it's 18 billion yens... which is about 181 million American dollars...
Which... still isn't a lot, for these big companies.
This is a joke, right?
So far so good. It seems quicker, in all aspects...
