It's fine. As long as people are reimbursed for the outage time, I don't see a problem with this. It's not that common an occurrence. If you don't want to risk it, buy physical. That's what I do.
Wish they'd just do a remake of Hydro Thunder with all the original physics. The 360 game sucks.
