I can see how someone would choose one console over another, but to not have the "other consoles" on the market would be disastrous. I hope the consoles continue trying to be #1 in everything, all three. That way we all win as gamers.
Why is everyone so concerned with exclusive? I just don't get it. I only buy games I like, whether they are exclusive to the console I own or not. I own a 360 and there are games that are exclusive that I would never buy, and games that are multi-platform that I can't wait to buy. Why would anyone have any negative comments about my preferences? Why would I judge them for theirs? Does the 360 have great games? Yes. The PS3? Yes. The PC? Yes. It does not matter which platform you choose to use...
I'm really interested in how they are mixing stealth with action type gameplay. Chaos Theory really hooked me on the SC series. This game looks better every time I see it, gameplay elements and graphics. Can't wait till October.
Your absolutely right about Fable III and Natal... Peter Molyneux already has shown us a little of his plans with Natal. I think Fable would be as good as any to use this technology.
Have to agree that motion control is definitely part of the future of gaming. To what extent, I not certain as far as my gaming goes. I have children that I personally think would enjoy it on my 360. What games are developed for this new hardware will be the determining factor to it's real future.

I bought my first xbox because of Halo and I will always be a fan of the series, not because of the graphics, but because of the gameplay elements. Halo 3 was definitely an improvement graphically and also in gameplay. I personally can't wait to see what direction Bungie will go with Reach. It will be a standinlinemidnite buy for me...LOL
As a 360 owner, E3 finally gave me something to look forward to. Before hand I was a little worried in their line-up and had not seen much information on games I have been waiting patiently for. The PS3 has had a stellar year thus far and it seems will continue. In my opinion they had a great E3 showing also. But at E3 MS gave me a look at a couple of games that are must buys for me, and thats all that matters as far as success goes for me.
If I get a madden Avatar achievement jersey it's soooooooo Raiders.

I have to agree about the irritating and annoying "kids" that apparently play with little or no supervision on Halo 3. I think that for some reason it is mostly Halo though, as playing Gears, I have not encountered this as much. I also find this regrettable as Halo's multiplayer is the real shining part of the game.
Although there are allot of people who complain of the party chat, my friends and I find it to be the best option to this problem. I believe MS fails some...

XBL is a great service in my opinion with my only grumble being I own more than one 360 and have to pay for two separate accounts. My son enjoys his gaming as much as me...What I don't understand is why articles like these always lead to a comparison of XBL and PSN, and why most of the negative comments are coming from people who are fans of MS to begin with. XBL has continuously grown to improve, and as long as it does, I will pay for it.

MS has made solid efforts in improving XBL. I think as long as they continue to strive to make the experience better I will have no problems paying for the service. Waiting on Hulu...?
I think the opportunity for a variety of games in the Halo universe is there. Bungie is doing well to mix things up this gen. I personally will continue to be interested as long as there is diversity and it is a game that interest me.

Im new here to N4G but i am quick to see that most people defend one platform over another...PC, 360, PS3, and Wii...Is it not possible for any of these to have any better attribute than the other? Anyways as a 360 owner I have really been waiting for Alan Wake...As a Gamer I have to love Remedy!
This game is one of the reasons I own a 360. I really can't wait until October. Wish I could afford the new 911 racing wheel. Maybe can convince the wife to buy it for my birthday? Probably just get socks and underwear.
