Customers should aware of their game console purchase.....
I think MS's shares will grow when they fully focus on the Windows & Other softwares....Game softwares are not big as windows....I doubt MS will support It's consoles-consumers for longterm....( but windows is another story)

Because there are total 280 million plus dual-shock users in the world.....It's 4% of the entire world population !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think "GT5 + Agent + FF versus 13 + The Last Guardian" are pretty much enough to WOW the audience... The combination of those 4 games are the best quality(& best selling) ever than the competitors all titles combined...Those 4 titles have the potential 95% to 98% critics rating...
Mass effect is one of highest rated RPG game & it is sold only 2 million approx. on 360 worldwide(even if It's TPS +RPG) regardless on 360's userbase ( Halo/ Gears/ COD are only the exceptions)
But Final fantasy (A multiplat + 360 exclusive bundle/ads) have been sold 3 million plus on PS3 (Lowest install base of all 3 console) & 1 million approx. on 360 (even if it's not a shooter)
I'm a fan/brandloyalist for following :-
Microsoft windows
Sony TVs & playstation
Samsung & LG home appliances
Spiderman comics /films.......etc BUT I WILL NEVER UNDERESTIMATE/BLAME/HATE OTHERS

- quality games
- various genres (not limited to shooters)
- best value for money
- best supporting gaming peripherals eg. move , mic, g27 wheel, DS3...
- longterm customer satisfaction
- same experience for every owner ( not like PC / live gold-silver discrimination)

Microsoft has a worldwide reputation for windows os...but in the gaming world, it has only a few countries support .eg. US ,UK...
Playstation fans hated for every time MS buys the former PS3 exclusives.. So I think MS has lost potential twin HD console owners...

My opinion is Xbox 360 is a good console..but it doesn't have a power to win this gen....

Developers are spending too much on multiplayer maps...... They should include full story & complete the single player, then move on Multiplayer......
In a consumer point if view ---> WHY SHOULD I PAY A GAME TO PLAY WITH OTHERS ????
2010 - xbox has no games...... this is called "KARMA"

Gran Turismo is a religion......It's not limited to one/two country like HALO. It's a series appeals to everyone (6yrs - 60 yrs)... Microsoft don't have a game to outsell GT....
