Brian, you are so correct. This article is "rear"-backwards. I have been in the Sony Rewards Beta Program for months and almost at Pro level already. I laughed when I got the info in an email the other day about MS stating that I could participate in their "rewards" program. Anyways, Sony already beat MS to the punch in this program. I for one think that PS+ has been well worth my money. As with any program (MS alike), you already have some of the content offered. It is amazing how much some whine about nothing just because they feel anonymous online. If you don't like PS+ and what it offers..., then don't purchase it. No one is forcing you to buy it. Will definitely be getting one. I am a man of convenience and this has that written all over it. Not too happy for the price of the 3G addon to the device. I think that it should be included since it is not a phone itself. One could easily do with the WiFi only model on this. Haven't decided but I am sure I will spring for the 3G just for convenience. Have to disagree with you there on a few points. Most of us do work through a game to get 100% as you put it... and doing this, on most games, requires numerous play-throughs. I personally have no problem with companies locking the game saves as long as they are movable from one console to the other. There is no reason they should be locked to a particular console. As long as they lock it to the actual PSN ID, that should be sufficient enough to prevent cheating.
