I do not agree with the opinion of the writer. Mirror's Edge has challenging realistic freerun gameplay that let's you figure out the routes yourself (be it within certain inevitable progression). I loved the learning curve and the precise timing/speed that was needed to make certain climbs or jumps possible. It reminds me of the challenge oldschool arcades have were timing/skills had to learned/memorized. I think the gameplay is exceptional and shows not all gameplay has to be access...

Maybe Maybe later on....if the price is justified....half the power, half of the price of PS4. Without Kinect physically connected it will become interesting, i have to admit. With it? NEVER. Do you all realise that Microsoft managed to F us every generation with console cables/mics/ports/joypads/memc ards etc etc. With the Playsation I can still use my PS1 cable (yes the one i got WITH the system back in the day) on the PS3....it still works and is compatible. Now that is value for customer money. Not like rip off XBL were digital versions games (even from 2006) never go below $20 and most DLC remains expensive even years after release...On XBL all services are behind a paywall and your loaded with BS ads. PS+ crushes XBL and it will certainly beat XBL nextgen (PSN will feature all chat & online MP features that were good about XBL plus PS+ gives you a huge amount of good discounts too). There will be no more advantage...

I don't know, but my local Gameshop confirms pre-orders for PS4 outnumber XB1 by 10:1. Gamers do massively switch to PS4 (Good for them...a wise decision) At least in my neighbourhood the shift is clearly happening(XB & PS customers used to be were equally represented).
