In some ways yes and no... Because SONY has great relationship with its frist and 2nd party developers where as M$ arent i.e. Bungi and Bioware but on the other hand M$ are very good at marketing there games, which is confusing since SONY was the better last gen with PS2. So again yes and no.
Who cares juts bring out the game already!
