Uh it's about people sending others messages trying to bait them into using one of the 'taboo' words to get them autobanned. That is the definition of policing speech.
How can they tell it's a slur? African americans in the USA call each other N#### all the time. I got a good friend that is Canadian and give him shit all the time for being canadian(as a joke of course) but in their eyes it could be hate speech. Policing speech is a slippery slope that shouldn't be approached.
Go into GTA online public lobbies, you'll be called slurs you never heard of before.
Speech can't be policed or stuff like this happens. If someone is being an asshat use the mute option and move on.
Or you could be an adult, it is a M rated game so the language shouldn't be policed.

Bingo, only reason women are in the game is so they have a male and female set of clothes to sell your character. It's really disingenuous of them to pretend like its for a cause unless they are admitting that cause is microtransactions.

Sniping is still going to be mostly one hit kills. With the new attrition system you'll always be low on health, say 75% at most times, while sniper bullets do about 75 damage with a body shot. It'll be harder to find targets with the changes to spotting but snipers will be dropping people easily.
They already have missions behind a paywall and the game isn't out, how is that not trying to monetize it?
Command and Conquer and Deadspace would be blockbuster titles but EA bought them :(
Scarcity is just going to mean that your always a quarter low on health and it just so happens sniper bullets take away 3 quarters of your health. They can try all they want but I guarantee half the map is still going to be lone snipers camping in hills, it's just how half the people like to play for some ungodly reason.
From what I gather it's always online but you can't just run around killing other players. You can challenge people but if they don't accept nothing happens and they just go on their way.
I haven't heard any outrage. They aren't trying to rewrite history and that is the key point, no one cares about women in games, lesbians in games ect.. It's when it's forced into places it shouldn't be that people raise eyebrows.
But the uniforms and equipment have been authentic up to this point. Now it's a fashion show out on the battlefield lol.
BTW this is a M rated game so kids shouldn't be playing in the first place.
