His critique is valid. The game is cinematic to a level kinda not seen before in an action game. I'm also very skeptical there will be any meaningfull engaging gameplay at alll. He's digging at the fact the game literally feels like a cutscene. Not like Last of Us or Metal Gear which have a lot of cutscene, the whole games feel like a one-shot cutscene.
Stop trying to fit a meta where a meta is not due. Quasar is a great middle ground between EAT flexibility and recoilless reliability - but it's still not a one-tool-solves-all kinda situation. Stop trying to shove a non-existent meta. You'll just be disappointed if it eventually gets nerfed if abused.
its sarcarsm
Are you new to the industry? lmao
People with disabilities and/or lack of motor skills will have the same feeling of accomplishment when they beat an easier version of the game. It's easy for >you<. For some people, it will just be enough to be able to enjoy the game.
Sony and MS are not competing that much anymore.
Sony has fostered it's own gaming nieche, as atmospheric polished immersive storytelling, even for games like Returnal, which is very arcade-y, and it's paying off. You just don't have that many games like that outside Sony's ecossystem. Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the few ( of course there are others ) multiplats with the same mindset outside of the Sony brand.
Microsoft is going for qu...
They did a lot of work already, yes
But, nothing will change the fact that they sold an expansive RPG with immersive sim elements and a branching story line in an open world setting, and still - to this day - have not delivered any of these experiences
RPG elements are weak. It has nothing at all of an Immersive Sim, hacking and combat are extremely simple and repetitive. The story line does branch, a little, but your backstory doesn't matter at all i...
PorkChop is right. I would also like to add that PC is the best platform for game preservation. Even if something changes in a couple decades, PC is much more likely to have native compatibility features to keep the game working for(almost)ever. Also, you can always go back to the OG OS the game was released to, without needing a new machine.
Dying Light is 20h single player, 80hr open world, 500 hours to get every ending, every decision, everything.
It pretty much is what Any% Speedruns means. A speedrun without glitches is actually pretty rare and not as popular.
This is what speedrunning Any% means. You just need to finish the main questline by any means, with any % of the game actually completed. You just need to reach the 'end of the game'.
There are other categories like '100%', which you need to do everything in the game by the game standards. There are categories which don't accept exploit/glitches, too.
This doesn't make this less impressive. Many of the 'tricks' the player ...
Man, I like what Xbox is doing as much as the next guy but trying to imply that Halo: Infinite should even bother with Returnal and Ratchet is laughable
It's like saying The Last of Us II is better than Psychonauts and Forza
> Making fair statement
> Uses Japan as example of doing it right
> Lmao can't be serious
Nothing happened, really.
They never got to a satisfying gameplay proposal. They literally only ever have the concept for the world and setting, but not any kind of gameplay yet. So they rebooted it, and are starting from scratch.

I'm gonna answer your questions as a consumer of Game Pass and Steam.
1. Steam Players who pay for Game Pass on PC often buy games they like on Steam so they can have all the features a store like Steam has to offer, with plenty of social features to boast games you like, with achievements, badges and etc. Not everybody does this, those who do, don't buy just any game they try. But, it does happen. Either way, FS 2022 has online, so people who are not Game Pass subs...
Lol, you talk like PT never happened and they just said Silent Hill was always theirs.
If you convert it back to USD, its cheaper. But in wage %, brazilians pay a lot. But on sale it's fairly acessible to get some games.
On the other hand, PS5 straight up cost USD1000 here at MSRP. Literally more expensive than in the US, and up to 5 minimun wages.
What are you talking about, man... They are chargin 70USD for this game, it should be at least able to run with a top spec system. It's not.
Play this game on GamePass. Epic's version doesn't have Cloud save. I had this game on the Epic Game Store, playing with a friend, he had to format his PC and we lost all our progress.
Played it again on GamePass to prevent this happening again.
As much as the PS4 Pro didn't represent a major % in the playerbase, announcing a 'better' model will hinder sales from the 'base' model. They are right, business-wise.
