well i just downloaded the update for the game. i still cant get in game. ill play a lil bit later(all night til i get booted) ....i wonder what the patch actually fixed.
ON TOPIC ...it should boost sales considering the beta is jam packed. word of mouth should push this game to the 4 million mark. but more importantly it should make non-ps3 owners to envy this game and jumpship

killzone 3 is way more detailed. especially in combat.The melee is second to none. the 1 hand eye gouge,neck snap,chest stab, 2 hand eye gouge,knife throat slash, knife neck stab,gun butt,?????are u kidding me. better hit detection than cod for sure, more animations and reactions from bullet damage (enemies fall in so many different ways when killed! the up close visual of helmets popping off in almost slow motion(close head shots)...the uniqueness of killzone guns have always been cool. this...

no way does the WII or XBOX 360 compare to the plethora of PS3 games out there. Seems like xbox has halo, gears, and maybe a few others. XBOX is clearly good for multiplatform games more than anything else. Quality wise the ps3 offer better exclusives.

this game on an HD tv looked great. hell even on a standard tv the colors, lighting, map size, etc..was awesome. honestly this game and killzone are hated on most. i dont get why? i loved the wheel system but resistance is a groundbreaking game. 8 player co op, 60 player multiplayer, factions within factions of groups. i juast hate the way ppl overlook the graphics(especially if you have the right visual settings) its colorful and the chicago, london, and louisiana maps were the coolest to me...
