According to VGChartz the Xbox sold 770,000 units from launch (2002) till whole of 2006. The Playstation 2 sold 4,67 million units from lauch (2001) till whole of 2006. Plus the Gamecube sold 950,000 units from lauch (2002) till whole of 2006.
Does anyone have the full top 10 of software sales with numbers for this? The Gamespot article has only half of the top 10.

Everyone is ripping of the Europeans. We Europeans get everything more expensive. For example: a standard Xbox 360/PS3 game is $49,95 in America. In Europe we pay € 59,99 for a standard Xbox 360/PS3 game. That's bullshit. Ageiga PhysiX, a chipset used for the PC only. Not built in consoles, so it's actuelly pretty obvious. Though it's strange the game was announced for both PC and Xbox 360 if the knew the 360 does not have a PhysiX chip?
To bad the game will not be coming to Xbox 360, seemed really awesome to battle on Xbox Live in an arena with those physics. Hope the ported version will be any good, IF it's true.

No, Epic just fought, before the finale specs for the 360 were announced, that Microsoft had tot put 512MB in stead off 256MB in their 360. Because of Epic, the 360 has twice as much RAM memory now, and that's one of the reason's why the 360 is 'expensive'
