Gears of War is pretty much Resident Evil 4 (over the shoulder camera), Kill Switch (cover system), and Bionic Commando (cover system) all in one in my opinion.
There was a time when there was only 50 people who had HDTVs, and now they are almost the standard today?
Lol, have you ever taken into consideration that the response time is so quick that the average person doesn't notice latency?
Like for example with many versus with games, most times the average person wouldn't even notice the different pixel counts?
“Sometimes I don't want to stand up to play Nintendo Wii, I would rather sit down and play tennis like a sack of potatoes and I'm sure there are many others like me. Can the Move's unprecedented precision deliver an immersive enough experience to get everyone involved?”

I find it funny that this is a negative for Sony but not for Natal that uses your whole body, or I could just be reading this wrong, lol? Anyways, if all devices work a...
I think the same as you, just look at the cigarette companies, they know it's bad for the body, but people are willing to pay even after knowing that. Ashleymadison.com the whole purpose of that website is so that people can have affairs behind their partner’s backs. So when it comes to video games it’s all the same thing, we just have to settle with the lesser evil, lol.
When you have a company, especially a company that sells products or provides a service you need to have the superior attitude otherwise if the creator doesn't think their product is the best, why would a consumer?
With the example about being a runner is completely different than providing a service to the public with competition. I find a lot of journalists lack the capacity to empathize to people's situations. This goes for all companies, every company that has som...
I want to see a game that isn't stationary, because how will they compete with a controller that the hardcore and casual can co-exist? On top of that, Sony can use simple full body games that would make the casual play in the exact same way.
I have a feeling Project Natal will be popular like Halo 3 was, not because of the versatility, but for the flashing lights and gizmos? There is only so much you can do with your whole body, and will have limitations, so it would be i...
It isn't tennis that is *original* it's how the tennis game is being played. For example, like Natal, Move is about being in the *game space* in the pawns of your hands instead of your whole body. So when the person slightly twists their arm, the physics will react to your hand position determining trajectory or the speed of your hit for speed, kind of like hitting red balls.
Then you go on to say don't mention accuracy and latency when motion controls are about t...
..but after looking at the face now I think they might bring back the half-human half-helghast spies like Gregor Hakha in Killzone 1; and hoping for Shadow Marshals to come back too, if true?
I would have to agree with both of you, especially with the cell phone argument. A better example would be the iPhone one of the most popular phones on the market and most expensive. The reason why it's so popular too is that it can do so much more with quality, but when it's a console it's frowned upon, lol.

How is it too late, I'm pretty sure there are people out there that don't have a PlayStation 3?
Another thing I find funny, on the PC front you have to buy everything and people never complain about that? There are you graphics processors, CPUs, mice, sound cards, headsets etc. that will cost people over $1,000.00, but complain about a $299.99 console that can pretty much do the same thing?
"...only had a very limited number of games on release. This, along a price tag only £50 less than a PlayStation 3, led to the Go selling less than 300 thousand units before the end of 2009."

Do you know how many peripherals Microsoft over prices, and a portable PlayStation that does just that, a PlayStation in your hands doesn't sell mainly because of the price point At the same time an HDD costing the same pri...
That's maybe why they call it future proof, adapting to new technology that will/can eventually become accessible to the mainstream.
Remember, future also relates to something that has regards to grow.
With XBOX Live you can't meet people outside of your friend's list unless it's through a game. I think the reason why you have to leave the XMB to go into Home is because it's an application (add-on) not so much of a feature. So giving people an option – meaning it isn’t mandatory - will make people think they are more in control of their entertainment, when in reality the options are limited to what is given.
It's like GUI (Graphical User Interface) vs. C...
PlayStation Home is a social network, meaning it is meant for people to make online friends or use current friends to just talk. PlayStation Home is very similar to this website, where the sole reason why people come here is to comment on news.
I think, many people go into it thinking it's a game when in reality it's just a portal to gaming. Think of PlayStation Home as a universal game lobby for all - if not all, most - PlayStation 3 games.
You do know when the PS3 was $599.99 the 360 was $499.99, so what's the point of that comment? Even back then the add-on were worse, still coming back to the same point, the add-ons cost too much?
The only thing that looks different enough that I can notice is the water and lighting effects.
“But I think we’re pushing 100 percent right now,” said Hulst. “You see there’s steam coming out of the machine, almost...but that was as far as we could push it [Killzone 2] back then.”
“...I think we’re reaching the kind of maximum that we can do...We always find a way to go above and beyond.”
- Hermen Hulst
There is a lot of "I think" in the quotations, meaning it's the individual's (Hermen Hulst's) opinion. What'...
If they did, I would rather it be 4D - and have 3D instead of nothing - than an AV Cable producing HD signals, if you know what mean?
I just have a feeling if true, will be the same price as the *expensive* PlayStation 3 everyone hates so much for the price tag? The only difference is that the PS3 is an upgradable Blu-ray player, blu-ray games, 7.1 surround sound compatibility, upgradable HHD, compatible with many Bluetooth /USB headsets, and built-in rechargeable batteries. Besides that they will be the same, if I didn't leave anything else out, lol?
