The way I see it is that whatever system you buy it for weather its pc,x360 or xbox one it all ends up under the MS bank account. Where is the money wasted? I would agree with this article if xone was selling as bad as the ps3 was during its launch but they are actually in the race considering it's higher price point. It will be xone for me and I already have a bud who wants to trade me his ps4 for my xone just for titanfal. No thanks I tell him as I LOL.

Consoles haven't even been out for 6 months. Take a pill fanboy. This gen is just starting and the only people that thinks ps4's is out selling the x1by 3:1 are on n4sony. Its closer than what peeps here make it seem. Didn't sony release in more countries and yet MS is still right on its tail despite price and more countries. So desperate from the ass kicking it got last gen. this gen the x1 was just as much as the ps3 was at launch last gen but sold much much better. Sold out actually and its still more expensive. Its only its first week out so what's the big deal? A pricier console won't sell as well as the cheaper alternative right off the bat.
