Why didn't Bethesda attacked Microsoft like this when they refused cross play last Gen? 🤔

In fact, they have never attacked Microsoft, not even when MS threatened to destroy the market with their online drm policies. 🤔

Bethesda is very anti Sony and too much pro Microsoft. This is not the first time they have attacked Sony while laying in bed with MS.

Did they released the "Why I am worried about all the good games coming in September and October" article?

Thank you but no. I don't want spoilers.

Just curious.... Did Bethestha threatened not to release a game on Xbox last Gen when Microsoft refused to cross play?

Translation of your comment :

Is what the ones that are loosing should be doing to the number one competitor in the market to try and take a piece of their pie.

I am tired of Bethestha's arrogance against Sony. Always threatening instead of seeking a healthy relationship and at the same time always being openly friendly with Microsoft. They should be transparent on their businesses.

I hope Sony disallow cross play for it so they don't release that game on Playstation. Is their loss.

Are you telling me that a device whose main design focus is mobile gaming plays Fortnite better than a device whose main design focus is not gaming?

Wow... I am stunned... Never saw that one coming.

I don't know but taking jabs at Sony and threatening to not publish their game if they does not allow cross play with Xbox is not what I would call "playing nice with everyone".

Again with the "worries" articles. They have converted this into an article format/click strategy.

One thing is technical specs and another how well the product is performing in the market. A product success is not measured by its technical capabilities but how well it penetrated the market.

For example, take the Switch... It is technically inferior to the Xbox one x but it is having more penerration and success in the market.

Another example is the Xbox one x which is right now the higher specs console but in the market is the least popular, less s...

This game may be Bethestha answer to Fortnite success. Like you say if they ask $60 and then add micro transactions, that's not going to sit well with many people.

Yes I did. I played RDR 1 and like it but I also ayed God of War and it was way more satisfying for me on a personal opinion level.

It didn't felt tiring to me at all. I have finished the game 2 times and I am going to the third one with the new game plus update.

On the other hand, you act like if you are not going to face the same bandits over and over, more than 50 times, in RDR2... And maybe in most games too.

It looks like Bethesda likes to take jabs at Sony. I have been seeing this behavior since last Gen. Then it does not help to see Bethestha having a very open close relationship with Microsoft.

I agree. Spiderman is already raising the bar for super hero games and I am sure is going to be the best Spiderman game.

Puff.... Many people were counting on this game to do well since Microsoft bought the studio.

2113d ago 3 agree7 disagreeView comment

The studio better start making better games now under Microsoft or they will be shut down.

On my watch list! I played the first one on PS3 and it was good but short.

There is a tendency now within Sony first party studios and it is innovation. Every time one of those studios release a new game they raise the bar.

Look...Uncharted 4 released and it raised the bar, then Horizon Zeron Dawn released and it raised the bar, then God of War and next is TLoU 2.

Sony's first party studios are on fire and they inspire each other.
