I think the only thing that will be a WoW killer will be the next MMO brought out by Blizzard. SWKotOR will do well, but not even close to 11,000,000 users well. WoW has nothing to fear.
They each have sites where anyone in retail can go take game surveys and they give them stuff for it. MS charges $10 per game and Sony gives them away free. You build up points for reading about their products and spend the points on their merchandise. Plus both companies give tons of freebies to retail clerks. Who cares? What do I care about an emulator that runs games each with huge amounts of glitches. Just reading the glitch notes on each game is enough to bore you to sleep. I am sure pirates love it though.

who sell their used games privately to buy new ones. I do however have a big issue with a game store that basically acts as a pawn shop bottom feeding off the very industry that supports them. They take advantage of the end user, and fail to provide any financial reward to the developer. I hope they go under, and I refuse to buy 1 game from them.

Hardly, since E3 Kinect has preordered much better from Amazon as an example. Currently Kinect is #14 and Move is #76. Thats actually an improvement for Move, and Kinect is usually in the top 10.
Moral of the story = Casuals outnumber harcore gamers. Kinect will sell better. Casuals will see Move as Wii HD.
