Yeah, trophies tied to speed running and trophies tied to multiplayer stuff like "Kill X enemies in a single match with some obscure weapon that nobody uses and will cause you to not be a team player" are the worst trophies.

Remedy are just MS pawns. CD Projekt Red made Witcher 3 for substantially less than QB, Ryse, The Order 1886, etc... And it's one of the best single player games of all time, and their engine was no slouch.
Single player games are justifiable and profitable when you're not under the oppressive micro-transaction thumb of a MS, EA or Activision.
I walk all the time if it's an immersive experience. But I'm never in a rush to finish a game.
Loot boxes in FREE games are far more acceptable than the bullcrap found in $60 games.

100% incorrect. If you took 25 seconds and looked at the Metacritic statistics, you'd clearly see Metacritic labels them clearly definitively as "exclusives".

The article does not create the claim of 40 exclusives. Metacritic says it themselves. The list shown in the article is simply the highest scoring PC games. Those are not entirely the exclusive list that Metacritic is discussing in their statistics.

It's a fast paced, high action, twitch 600mph shooter, with increased Z-Axis movement built into the game. It's far too much for standard gaming audiences to handle. It's a niche experience, and since it's an online shooter, that niche experience killed the game.
How was the police offer supposed to know? Did you even bother checking out the story and listening to the released 911 call?

Phil Spencer said himself that exclusive games were "Years away" - and that was earlier this year.
Microsoft essentially cashed in on this generation. Released an overpriced console with no exclusives, and nothing really in the pipeline until the next generation begins.
Their refunding of all money spent is praise worthy. It was a fun game, they just couldn't get the rampant cheating under control quick enough and people just quit.
