This whole thing has gotten out of control. I had delta and the worst I had was a stuffy nose. My wife had it and she was achy and feverish. I believe we're going to have to learn to live with this forever, like influenza.

I understand wanting to listen to an old recording on vinyl in 2 channel if that's how it was recorded but 4 channel has been around since the late 50s. Surround has been around since the 80s. To listen to something that has been produced for 5.1 or higher in 2 channel is doing a disservice to the creator, as well as listening to a lesser form of the audio. I hate to say this as a guy that has a PlayStation 1 2 3 4 and 5 and haven't owned anything else since I bought my first PlayStation. DriveClub looks way better.
I've got an Atmos home theater complete with in ceiling hight channels. My reciever does a nice job of turning the 3d audio into fake atmos. I do dig the 3d audio when I'm playing with headphones before my wife gets up.
It does a good job faking the height channels with 5.1 too. In Days Gone when it's raining and you go into a stricture with a tin roof its amazing. So is the thunder when you're outside.
You can get Atmos audio for movies. You have to change your audio settings to bitstream for the system, and also in the UHD settings. There are videos on YouTube that show you how if you don't know.

Just finished it last week. 7 was better. The story and characters are just plain goofy.
Fair enough. The UHD player does support Atmos. I've yet to put a disc in and try it out.

I subscribed to Official Playstation magazine from issue 18 until they stopped. I don't remember what happened to all the discs after we moved.
Easiest to find. Cheapest to buy. Color me shocked.
