Their games aren't expensive to make. If they were Sony would've cancelled the project.
I think the reason why this hasn't been shown yet is because it'll be a next Gen game. It'll probably be shown next yr if Sony does a Ps5 unveiling.

I can see this happening with the announcement of a Ps5 looming. However if Sony does an official price cut to 250$ then they can forget about over throwing them in console sales for 2019.

Holiday sales are amazing this year. A lot of amazing games getting amazing discounts. What a good way to finish off this year. Now people don't have an excuse to miss out on really good titles. Happy Holidays guys :)

You have to realize that a lot of the sales come after a lot of the price cuts that the publishers put the game through. At the end of the day the publishers want to make as much money as possible and want to avoid these price cuts. They aren't happy that this game is new and already have to be dropping the price to keep it in ppl's minds.

I mean we have them with streaming video service as well. Netflix with shows like stranger things, HBO with game of thrones and so on. Companies are always going to have to sell their product and the main way to do it is by creating material that one can't get anywhere else
You need exlusives to sell the console. That's never going to go away. Even if consoles vanish these companies are going to make exclusives to sell you on choosing THEIR service over another.

one could've seen it a mile away that it was going to get a price cut fast. The game didn't review all too well and was overshadowed by other releases in that month. With red dead around the corner, many aren't going to bother getting it.
