Bwahaha...its like the are "condemning" houses.
I mean...Witcher 3 yes, but not for Fallout 4 really.
You get to choose what faction you want but that is about it.
Everyone is free to have whatever GOTY they want, but it does seem the Nintendo fans have been pushing hard in the last few weeks with Mario Maker...
Most old CRPGS?
My bet is that most folks all things considered with mass appeal would rather play the hero than the bad guy.
Game is outstanding in every way.
It makes sense why Capcom is keeping with Nintendo though (as far as we know). MH is immensely popular in Japan. People in Japan play on handhelds. Nintendo has the most popular handheld. Make the MH for the handheld.
Simple.
It would be a big risk to pour the resources needed into a Ps4/Xbox...for an audience that is accostomied to it on handhelds.
handhelds.
As long as I'm buying games, I will be buying their games.
Wow, that's a pretty good list of classic games.
Some years F04 would have been GOTY.
IMO, with Witcher and Bloodborne...that really are more ambitious titles...I don't think F04 quite hits the high notes like those two do.
"Movies are a passive medium. You’re the privileged observer. You aren’t necessarily meant to identify with the protagonist. If they have flaws, you just observe them."
Yup, well observed. I always thought that the main critisim you could aim at TLoU was that they used the very overused "Zombie" theme to side-step the dissonance thing.
That dissonance thing is a little overplayed IMO.
You can almost make the argument that all "entertainment" is.
I think the author is simply saying that you can be "entertained" for hours getting lost in the world.
I have faith in FromSoftware and specifically Miyazaki that they will deliver an experience that I have not even thought I wanted yet, but will love.
(ie...Demon's Souls.Dark Souls...didn't know I wanted it...but damn, I sure did).
Bethesda games have always been greater than the sum of their parts.
Break it down, and yeah, you have to give it a lower score...Just play it and see if you like it...then give it a score.
That last number is usually higher.
I feel ya. Skyrim, by its concept, has a more fantastical feel...Traversing the environment with that great soundtrack was almost enough. The builds, options, things...all awesome.
Fallout 4 doesn't have that same sense of place. F03 did a little bit because it was D.C. and we all recognize the structures there. Boston...well...not all of us have been to Boston or recognize anything there.
The fallout universe really made its mark through dark hu...
Yeah, when it comes to a pvp type thing, microtransactions are pretty bad.
When it comes to single player...meh...if you want the gun, then buy it...but if the game is perfectly playable without it, then it doesn't matter.
I agree. At least make it where "junk and scrap" items don't take up weight. (If they want to continue with weight for the weapons and armor..thats fine).
I mean, can someone break down why Fallout 4 is better than Witcher 3? Im enjoying my time with Fallout, don't get me wrong.
But IMO, Witcher 3 takes "open world" to a whole other level.
Better combat is what we need.
This game is excellent, and while I'm playing Fallout 4 while on the hype train, I keep thinking more about this game.
That's interesting.
I prefer the silent protagonist, but I appreciate the perspective of someone who likes a voiced one.
"Fallout 4 actually reminded me more of Destiny than anything else while I played except that it was Destiny done right."
LOL, u wat m8?
I do not see the comparison...at all.
