If they release it as an all inclusive package, based on their Audience meaning:
1. Able to play Home Console Games
2. Non proprietary/expensive Memory Format
3. Cell Phone/Gaming; all inclusive 5G phone bill.
4. Familiar control set up or PS5 Controller plug and Play.

I think the PS4 proves we can stop claiming PlayStation 1-3 success was due to some sort of nee disk format.
