In a sense yes. Basically a PS5 port of the original with visual enhancements, and a single player expansion. A decent comparison would be comparing it to Lost Legacy.
A 'true' sequel feels inevitable. Give it a year or two and we'll likely be closer.
Insomniac doesn't do 60fps anymore. They've said this years ago unfortunately.

Yeah, sorry, no. We've already seen the limitations of what an SSD can accomplish with the the new gameplay from the PS5 event. The PS5's SSD is great, but it's quite clear that you need more than just a fast SSD to run games:

Was TLoU's story ruined by 60fps on PS4? Was Quantum Dreams games ruined by 60 fps on PC? How about Alan Wake on PC? What percentage of games on PC have been ruined by allowing 60fps? Don't talk about the framerate used for movies when we're talking about video games.
The irony is that the most popular competitive online games on the market are all on PC. Competitive games don't thrive if they've got a hacker problem so you're way off base.

Effectively, yes. MS and Nintendo would've lost without the overwhelming majority of Sony's games releasing. They increased the gap, but were irrelevant in determining the victor.
