I'm a Finn and would just like to confirm that the guy (Playstation commercial director in Finland) indeed says in that video that you can make your own tracks in the game and "play against others in multiplayer". You can debate wheather he actually knows what he's talking about, but you cannot argue the words that come out of his mouth.
