I agree, man. Games don't matter. Sales is what really makes us 360 owners happy. Sorry, Sony, I know you thought Americans like a variety of top notch exclusives from every genre. We don't. We like shooting people in the face and that's about it, baby! Oh, and we're willing to pay for online gaming even though it's free on your console. Why you ask? Well it's because we don't feel like sifting through all your different types of games. We want to look on the shel...

I'm a 360 (only) owner and I'm loving these sales numbers. I don't care if my system doesn't have exclusive games. I'm too busy cheering for Microsoft as they roll in the $. In fact, I do this with every consumer product I get and it's how I decide what to buy. Right now I'm pumped because my Sunbeam toaster oven became the highest selling toaster oven in history!!!! I don't care that it burns the f*ck out of every sandwich I put in it. It's a freakin' ...

You want figures Agent VX? Here's a few:
1. With less than 5% of the world's population, the US still produces one quarter of it's gross domestic product - more than 3X the share held by Great Britain at the height of it's empire in the mid 1800s
2. 60% of the world's currencies are held in US dollars
3. 1/3 of the worlds 500 largest companies are American as are 1/3 of it's patent filings.

Now do I think the U.S. is as dominant...

What are you guys talking about? Delusional much? The US is in a recession and not on the verge of collapse like so many EU countries (Spain, Ireland, Greece, etc.). Why is that? Well it's because everyone can't live off the government and not actually produce anything. If you people are so smart, why does that concept escape you? The US will come out of this recession like it always does (bc capitalism actually works) and will remain the dominant world economy.
As for the PS...

It's a shame that all Xbox 360 owners have to cling to these days is sales. Is that really something to revel in if you don't own Microsoft stock? If I drove a Toyota Camry (the 360), I wouldn't be bragging to everyone that I had the #1 selling sedan on the market. Instead, I'd be jealous of the guy down the street that had the Porche (the PS3). This analogy is not all that bad when you compare the performance difference between a Camry and a Porche and then look at Gears 2 vs. Killzone 2. I ...

Oh damn! It's only 5 times the size of the largest 360 game. I feel betrayed by Konami and Sony. Just think - all Sony gave me for my $50 extra dollars (PS3=$400, 360=$350) is a blu ray player, built in wifi, a web browser, and a free online gaming service. I am going to write them a strongly worded letter!

I don't understand why PS3 console owners waste their time defending their purchase. The only time in it's short history that it wasn't the superior console was early 2007 when there were no games. There is no RATIONALE argument for why it doesn't represent the best value. If you buy a premium 360 (which I have) and get and sign up for an XBOX Live account, you have already spent as much as a PS3 (with its free internet gaming). So for your $400, you get a more reliable and quieter (360 sou...
