Sorry what I meant to say was that after 1.30 there will be hardly any more glitches. All those you have mentioned SHOULD be taken care of. I may have missed one when reading over all the patch notes.
I wouldn't really call playing Socom suffering. It's extremely fun and definitely worth the money. Yeah a better game will come along but that doesn't mean we have to start suffering. It'd be the same fun as it always had been. I get what you're saying though.. only if they become horrible, but they won't. And hell, Slant Six obviously listens to the fan base and makes the better, unlike say.. Epic, who just ignores there's a problem to begin with.
There's hardly any more bugs in this game. 1.30 will fix the major issues with the game and add in some new features that really make the game more fun and smoother. I highly recommend it, not just for the sweet headset.
They'll be introduced with this update.

Haha yeah I'd have to agree with you here. The only recent little kid I've heard over PSN was on Socom and he wasn't annoying at all and surprisingly won a game or two for us. On the other hand, the overwhelming amount of little twerps I've encountered on Halo 3 and GoW is infinite and they really make my ears bleed.

Guys remember, Sony mods the levels not MM. I really don't think that MM would take the same stance as Sony when it comes to taking down levels. They created this game with the intent to have great levels created and published for the community. They wouldn't just swing their ban hammer at any level that was reported by someone. Sony, on the other hand, probably doesn't care whether a level gets banned as long as the game keeps selling.
There is smoke. It appears through the background every once in a while, just as the string does. Don't know how he makes it shoot, but you hit R1 to do it so there's something there for you to grab. I don't really care how he made it, I just care about it being loads of fun.

I agree. It looks really plain. Doesn't seem to have any room for personality or ingenuity. This to me looks like a 20 dollar game I'd buy online. I mean really, the graphics of Geometry Wars look more appealing than this. Sorry Microsoft, but I'll stick with my Sackboy.
