@eldyraen - what are you going on about?
@everyone else
I stand corrected. I should have done a little Google search before I opened my big mouth.
Games back then were cheaper to make, so all of you are correct.
I tried to add more to my original comment realizing I looked like a jerk unintentionally, but the Sharks got me before I could hit submit on my edit.
you are right.
Hello. I'm 29.
Do you genuinely not know the answer to any of this?
Think of a brand new video card. Now think of a brand new video card in the 1990's.
The cost of making this tech at their respective times was expensive for their time. Same for video games.
I'll be siding with you on this one
Are previews usually with the final build of the game?
@antz
True, however, the amount of hype/promises that they generated, plus the fact that it was the creator of Halo (I love Halo), we were expecting a WHOLE lot more than we got.
Needless to say, I've learned my lesson with this one. A lesson that will last for the rest of my gaming career.
Now I usually wait for GOTY editions and don't really pre-order anymore, except for Nintendo games.
At this point, I'd wait patiently for Prime 4 on NX.
However, I'd like a traditional Metroid game on Wii U in the meantime.
No. No, I wont.
Already bought season passes along with the digital deluxe edition for me AND the physical special edition for my girlfriend at launch.
We. Are. DONE!
This game seems a little slower than similar games. Maybe that's just because we've only played the opening. If this is anything like other games, I would imagine that our speed will increase as we get more powerful items.
I really get the sense of a Megaman backbone in this game. I do wish the art-style stayed like the animated concepts that we saw, or were more similar to the PS2 megaman X games and MegaMan 8
I'm ready
I never got the chance to play a Batllefront game, or even a Battlefield for that matter.
Would it be wrong for someone like me to be excited for this game?
Uh, yeah.
It's free, so stop
Challenge...accepted?
Bye Destiny.
I won't be fooled again. No more pre-orders, no more collectors editions (except for the obviously awesome ones), no more wasting my money on broken crap.
I hope Bungie finds their way again. They have some seriously misused talent right now
All of them trying to give him an extra life...
Kirby and DeDeDe watching the balloons float away...
The Happy Mask Salesman....
I lost control and started bawling. This was so beautiful and deeply thoughtful. Much love to you Mr. Iwata. Goodbye, Sir.
Goodbye Mr. Iwata, and thank you.
Your memory and legacy lives on in all of us.
Can you use that crystal ball to help me find a job?
What if they finally called their console the Nintendo Revolution?
Do you think it would generate the same amount of name-hype if it was really powerful?
Or do you think the name wouldn't matter at all if it's really powerful anyway?
What would your thoughts be if they announced at E3 that they're moving Zelda U to the NX?
That would be nice.
Would "off topic" even remotely work for this situation?
