Spiderman isn't even the ps4's best exclusive yet it's breaking records sales wise.

In all honesty crossplay is good for all consumers but in my opinion this will hurt Microsoft the most out of the big three and reason I say that is most of their exclusives are on PC and another major one is on other consoles with Minecraft. The way I see it, is now there isn't really any point in buying the new Xbox besides the Xbox core fanbase which isn't that huge compared to the other big 2 and if Microsoft continues to dish out the same kind of content, I don't see the Xbox...

I think Microsoft will get rid of the pay wall for f2p games soon but I doubt any of big 3 will get rid of a subscription fee since it's already too deep into them making alot of their income from it.
Only way I can see it happening is if Microsoft does it first which they can because they obviously can live with a loss from that and would force the other 2 to follow suit. The problem with this though is a double edged sword because say it does happen, then u can expec...
Good luck with your next project but if 7+ years isn't enough freedom to deliver a game isn't enough for, good luck trying to have the freedom of how long u get to work on a project. Guarantee u won't have that long to work on it unless u have a huge team.
Lol exactly, Bethesda is not really known for it's online multiplayer experience but epic games has been juggernauts in that department for a long time. Sony ain't afraid of no noobs calling them out lol.

This is impressive for a f2p game but still not as impressive as gtav numbers especially since it's a focused single player game first with online as a bonus. Gtav still is selling in the top 10 today and how many years it's been out? That's impressive especially since it's not f2p. Just saying.

No surprise here. I already knew this game would sell well. Going to move tons of ps4's aswell. This is how u sell consoles.
This all access subscription fits Nintendo and Sony more because of all the great exclusives they deliver but I guess it works out well for Microsoft too since not all the exclusives they deliver are top notch and helps sales for even mediocre exclusive titles. I guess it does work out better for them.
When u win 3 out of 4 generations. U know Playstation brand is doing something right to do that. Exclusives do that for your brand. 🤙

Congrats insomniac. Another great exclusive. Guarantee if it was multiplatform game it would be getting 10s across the board but it's still doing great. Sales is where it will really shine. Can't wait.
