So far every new IP that's announced for the PS3 always gets the "I hope it doesn't end up like Lair" phrase.
To my knowledge NO game has ended up like Lair since Lair.

I have to say after reading that article it actually sounds like a good idea.
It also sounds like there would be a good bit of money to be made if this were to become reality.

According to Surfer Girl the US 'greatest hits' will be launched in 3mths and an announcement in 2, so I think that's around April.
It's actually $50, but I'm sure within 2mths it should be down to $40 or $30. If it's $30 I would actually buy it.
Every Tomb Raider they've made I've enjoyed with II being my favorite.
This one looks like it'll be no different.
I'm a third person action/adventure fan as well as a huge Tomb Raider fan, so I'm really excited about this game.

As stated in the article, the violence in IV is the closest they've come to reality in the series, it sounds gory.
