He probably should of, the article makes good points. Sony has been trying to integrate gaming into the home media setup for years but the amount of competing Sony products are out there. As a futureshop employee I constantly see customers buying Sony products that compete with the PlayStation 3. Why would they sell 4 different Sony Bluray players when the obvious answer is the PS3. I have literally had people turn down the PS3 to a Bluray player for 20$ less.... There is way to much consumer...
You have no idea how far ahead PC tech is do you? My rig outshines both my ps3 and 360 combined and it still drops frames on skyrim on high. You cant keep expecting your games to get better graphics and perform well on what is baisicly a 200-300$ rig... oh and my pc runs everything in 1080p, the systems are getting old we need new ones fast. Old hardware doesent just affect graphics, being able to play 64 players on battlefield is something we will only see in the next gen.

I find I do a tonn of gaming at home on my vita. When I dont feel like getting out of bed or getting bored during commercial breaks I play a bit. Its worth it for just that alone, and I also find bus rides, waiting for food, and long work days go by in an instant when I have the time to pull the vita out. Never thought id use it but I always do.
