I reckon it will distinguish once and for all what type of crowd is truly playing the Xbox. A new generation of gamer looking for a new way of playing games, or an old-school bunch of hard nuts still attracted to the mega big brands of yore.

Both MS and Sony have both worked out that they cannot give the other a head-start, which means they will come out at exactly the same time.
i totally agree that I do not want to see any new console until at least Christmas 2012. Maybe even 2013... it feels like we are only just starting to get into this generation now.
