Good questions.
Nintendo messed up with branding/marketing for the Wii U. A lot of people thought it was a peripheral to the Wii.
Now, can the other two do what Nintendo did with the Wii, with very little help from third-parties. Take away third-party support from PS3/360 see what happens?
There's a reason why third-party titles dominate the charts even on single-platform charts because that is what the vast majority of the PS/X ...
Nintendo has IPs that are bigger than hardware specs.
They already have IPs that have sold over 10 million on the Switch and they didn't need 100 million consoles sold to do it. They don't even have half of a 100 mill yet. Swallow that and digest it. https://www.gamasutra.com/v...
Those IPs are their trump cards. And, t...
Stadia's Achilles heel is that it requires an internet connection. Switch runs everything on the go >Natively<.
how about making it possible to use remote-play on other android phones that aren't Sony phones?
Good luck with that. Nintendo is the only one who can breathe in that environment.
tells you how big the Project is :)
What is a Vita? Anyways, one of you need to contact Sony about unlocking remote-play on other android devices. Not everyone wants to own a Sony mobile phone.
Think deeply about. Dropping the brand name " Switch" would be bad for business for this new hardware. It is slightly stripped Switch hence the name 'Lite'.
The brand name " Swtich " is already successful - you'd have to be retarded to drop that name for semantics reasons. It plays Switch games.
It is a newer service. People are obviously interested in MS's take on streaming. One of the largest server farms owner (Azure).
This is about xCloud.
" nearly every PS4 game is available to use Remote Play on"
And? let's include the most popular console in the conversation somehow since it doesn't get enough credit or attention. lol. But .. but PlayStation did it first/too.
Here's a pat on ...
It has nothing to do with power. Story isn't tied to specs. It's down to the devs.
I wish I were as easily impressed as you are. So long as all of those games you listed bring you joy, that's what games are about. enjoy.
An advantage they have over other platforms. They should be emphasising it more in their adverts.
just a matter of patience. Once they have new hardware(PS5) to sell they'll be ready to do all things pro gamer including cross-play.
No sh!t. What about the people that wait for sales or rent or buy second hand, heck even piracy? The industry remains healthy. MS and co' actually have the internal factual stats to work with, what data does anyone else have to work with?
I wonder why third-parties are now putting their games on gamepass. I should ask the knowledgeable residents of n4g, they must know better than the guys that are actually involved in the business. lol.
nonsense. lots of fake concerns and pretence to care for MS/publisher's finances lol. None of these companies would ever run a program they don't stand to gain anything from.
'oh i read a random comment of the thousands of comments on youtube saying he just waits for games to hit gamepass' lol. smh.
lol relax. I wasn't calling you a fanboy. I haven't said a word, maybe I should watch my fingers.
There is some padding in that list.
I know the fanboys are sensitive when it comes to exclusivity so I can see why you'd call it "flamebait" but the title is accurate.
how does a device that can ALREADY be played anywhere NEED streaming service?
When an anticipated game meets your review score expectations: Great review can't wait to pick the game up. I knew it would score so high. It's currently 91 on metacritic.
When an anticipated game does NOT meet your review expectation: Journalist got this one wrong, they are so out of touch with gamers. User reviews are more credible. I don't count on reviews anyways. Metacritic sucks.
