This happened to me with Demon's Souls back in 2009. I couldn't even get into Uncharted 2 after a 100 hour plus journey through that masterpiece. Also played Dark Souls before Skyrim which made Skyrim so boring I couldn't complete it. Where have you been? You have missed out on the best games in the series.
The game could still be good if the campaign is amazing. Then the MP is just the icing on the cake. Kinda like Uncharted 4. I know it's primarily an MP game but there's so much potential for an amazing campaign. That would make the game worth buying for me personally. Looking forward to reviews of the SP on this one just as much as the MP.
Not sure what "Sad Reality" the writer is referencing. The game feels completely different from the PS3/360 versions. They are 1080p and 60fps on PS4/Xbone as opposed to 720p 30fps on PS3/360. They are and it's not accurate. However, how can you be mad at a game that went from 30fps to 60fps and from 720p to 1080p? Not to mention improved in other areas as well. People are so entitled. If you're a fan on the Uncharted franchise and or adventure games in general this game should not be missed. It's a very well made game. The characters and story telling aren't as strong as the the Uncharted franchise but the gameplay is very enjoyable. I would even argue that it does some things better than Uncharted.

If you think Titanfall sucked you have garbage taste in games or hate FPS. It would be a fair statement to say it wasn't your thing but to say it sucks is a terrible and bias opinion. It's one of the best FPS games out there. Titanfall 2 will be an epic game, mark my words.
Red Dead Redemption had similar rumors about troubled development and that game turned out amazing. The Last Guardian will be a phenomenal game I'm sure, at the same time I expect ridiculous scrutiny when review time comes for certain "journalists."

When I first read the headline I thought it was referring to a new IP by Bethesda, what a disappointment. I'm pretty sure some thought she was an utter idiot rather than an utter delight also.
Give me Straley and Druckmann. They make the best games on that team. I believe they did most of Uncharted 2, which was definitely better than Uncharted 3 which Hennig did most of the creative work for. They were busy creating Last of Us when they split the team up to work on Uncharted 3 development alongside Last of Us. Now, most recently their newest masterpiece Uncharted 4.
Agree but I still think it's gonna get a lot of 8's and a few 9's. The campaign will be fun I'm sure. I also like that it's coming out Friday the 13th.
The only games to play after this that will give you anything close to the same feel is just another SoulsBorne game, period. Finishing a game like this takes a while to come down off that high to play something like Quantum Break. It just doesn't feel close.

Adding guns, removing shields and speeding up the combat makes Bloodborne so much fun to play. Not to mention the amazing atmosphere, art style, setting, weapons, monsters, boss battles, parry mechanic and dodge mechanic. I can't get enough of seeing blood spray everywhere when I time a parry perfectly. Very satisfying gameplay.
Agree. I really enjoyed No More Heroes and Shadows of the Damned. Suda51 makes some unique games. Hopefully this is awesome. Can't wait for some gameplay.
