I have GTA for PS3 and have no problems but they were a very few people who said they had some freeze problems but after the patch I haven't heard anyone complain. Rockstar responded almost immediately so they probably will do the same...However, it is well known that 360 is far from reliable so it could be hardware issues that are out of Rockstars hands. Good luck guys.
