Lethal Dusk in Gears 1. I don't know why but the flood parts in Halo 3 especially the cutscenes. When I rode the reaver in Gears 2. Halo Reach where Jorge and I see an orbital strike hit a fleeing ship. The ending of Gears of War 3.
This is probably the single player level I replayed the most besides the tank mission.

The Wii U controller requires power so the Wii U is technically far superior than 360/ps3 not to mention 2 Wii U controllers at the sametime causes a drastically reduced framerate. Nintendo's main focus for the Wii U was HD and innovation for a reasonable price. Overall Nintendo is doing things right and if they deliver on the games and take advantage of the one year headstart you can bet Wii U will deliver.
They should make it 3d where it has 3rd person or first person view depending on the character and it should release next gen where Microsoft will bring back classic characters.

I had so much fun playing 4 player split-screen on the first one. Can't wait.

First I was hoping Wii U will support 4 tablet controllers and that's not gonna happen then I thought omg BF3 and Metro: Last light for Wii U so cool then they're cancelled and now UE4 migh not be coming to Wii U. Why does one of the bestest of things that could have happend to Wii U not happen it makes me mad.
Sony needs to stick with the Cell and Nvidia for PS4. I can't imagine how unintiresting and bland the next gen will be if Sony uses AMD like the 720 and Wii U. The Cell must return for the next gen to be exciting and fun.
