so very sad
Why do they have to bleed every franchise dry? Tony Hawk will be dead and they'll still be releasing sequels uncontrollably.
This is horrendous. Here's an idea to solve the dangling wiimote problem: releas a damn wireless classic controller already! why do people have to put up with this?
I'm sick of people trying to be cute by using the word "wii" in oh-so-creative ways. get over it already.
oh and ubisoft: well, duh.
Sounds pretty realistic to me. Yay.
and this video has nothing to do with Nintendo, it's a homebrew experiment.
games are made for people to have fun. can't you hit a golf ball or shoot a basketball in real life? and sports games are still fun.
Really. What's this guy ranting about anyway? Having choices is a plus, not a minus. Shoving down our throats? Hardly, I don't see anybody shoving any steering wheels or headsets down anybody's throats. Complaining about needing a charger to charge the damn batteries for a wireless controller is just stupid. Get wired controllers if it bugs you so much. Complaining that there are different size memory cards? That's like complaining that there are different sized tupperware containers. ...
Dammit, I'm sick and tired of these articles comparing who's "winning the war", if Wii is outselling the PS3 or the 360, or stating something so obvious as "they can't be compared". Well, DUH! Of course they can't, isn't it blatantly obvious? And above that all, who gives a rat's ass who outsells who? In the end, it's all about who has the best games and thus the most fun console, not which company ends up with more of our money.
They look like PS1 screenshots.
Looks good, but can a bowling game really be more fun than Wii Sports Bowling? I think this one will appeal almost exclusively to the hardcore bowling fans.
Now how about you cut the mediocre crap and start working on some REAL content?
Wow, that looks really uncomfortable.
"The re-issuing of the Midway title included updated graphics, online play for two players, leaderboards to compare high scores from everywhere in the world for around $5 in Microsoft Points."
Updated graphics, online play, leaderboards.. to me that would be well worth the extra money. Being able to play classic games with multiplayer online capabilities and enhanced graphics would bring on an entire awesome new meaning to the Virtual Console. * drools about thought ...
The objectivity of your comments is immediately eliminated by your fanboy nickname.
Do promises of "earth shaking" news ever live up to the hype anyway?
You know what? I have to be honest here and say I'm having so much fun with my Wii that I don't give a rat's ass if it has HD or not. Naysayers are gonna have to swallow their own words one year from now when the Wii is STILL going to be the leader of the pack.
I'll take gameplay innovation over graphics innovation any day of the week.
So far, the available VC games are, for the most part, utter crap. It's kinda sad to see the VC store get filled up with crap trying to leech more money off hungry gamers, rather than building a nice, select library of good retro games. Oh well, it's all about the money I guess.
Wow. This is the worst thing I've seen on this site ever.
ultimate duck who?
