I've got news for all the PS3 fanboys that think MS/360 lost an exclusive when EA bought BioWare: EA doesn't/can't put every game they publish on every platform...that would be a myth. Where's SPORE for the 360/PS3? What about all of the Sims games? Crysis? L4D for the PS3? ALL of these games COULD have been ported to every platform imaginable...but they weren't. EA buying BioWare after the first ME does not tran...

Heavy Rain is a f*cking point-n-click adventure compared to Alan Wake....just 3 more weeks until the bomb drops from Remedy. He really wants to talk about PHYSICS? Alan Wake has physics that will duplicate scenes from Twister...and it's a real-time, fully dynamic weather system.
It's sad how every PS3 dev feels the need to spout the same nonsense, just to promote their game, because Sony is too cheap/poor/stupid to do it for them. When Heavy Rain releases, you won't see one sing...

SM:WOS was multiplatform game...ported to the 360/PS3 from the PS2 and Wii....yet it had a huge, lively city, nice physics, great explosions and other effects (the Electro/Electro symbiote effects were identical to the electrical effects in Infamous), and the main character moved about the city in a similar manner to that of Infamous.
From a legality standpoint, sure....I think it's safe to say it couldn't happen. From a technical standpoint....well....Crackdow n, GTA4, and Spider-man: Web of Shadows say otherwise. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this game, that showcases the PS3 hardware....NOTHING. Killzone 2 does that to some degree....maybe MGS4. But this is just stupid BS coming from a dev, that ultimately makes them look like a biased idiot. The same was said about LAIR....and even HAZE....and we all know ...
...exactly my strategy. I sold Fallout 3 as soon as I beat it, and I'll just buy it again when they release the "GOTY Edition" or whatever. Bethesda has a long history of doing that.
...since they'll be dragging out the life cycle of the PS3 well past it's relevance, just like with the PS2. The 360 and Wii will only be available used, on eBay and in pawn shops, the last 3 years of the PS3 at retail. It'll probably only be about $150 by then. :/

Yes. MS started this gen...regardless of the BS Sony spouted...and it will end with them. Once their new console arrives, the PS3 will officially be "last-gen"; the Wii doesn't even come into play, since it was last-gen from DAY ONE. Sony can drag out the life cycle of the PS3 as long as they want....and they'll HAVE to, in order to make a profit, and have a shot at "winning" this gen. So far this gen...which is about 75% over now....Blu-Ray hasn't been proven as a necessary format for gaming. In fact, other than JRPGs, there have been MAYBE 3 games that actually utilized the space provided by Blu-Ray.

I was hoping they'd add the ability for unranked/friends-only matches to retain weapons upgrades after matches. That's something that really sucks about the MP for this game; if you only want to play casual matches with your buddies, you'll never rank up or unlock anything...permanently anyway. :/
